We called the cab company around 11pm to reserve a 12:30am pick up. 12:30 came and went, so we called again and were told to wait 45 min. After two more missed pick-ups, each 45 min apart (no call, nothing) my friend and I started walking home. We called a few more (3 or 4) times on the way and were told each time that it would be another 45 min. The dispatcher refused to come to an intersection (insisting on an exact street address) and was rude to us when we mentioned that we had called about 6 times and had never gotten a pick-up or a call letting us know the cab would be late. It was a long walk home. I will never use this company.
