Uriarte & Carr LLP is a law firm located in Oakland, California. Our practice involves employment law with a focus on California Workers Compensation Laws and Federal Longshore cases. We have been representing employees who are injured on the job for over fifteen years. Our clients are from all over the Bay Area and are employed in many different fields from janitorial, construction, warehouse, retail, office workers to teachers, sales, executives etc… We have 4 attorneys, of which 2 are Certified Specialists and also volunteer as Judge Pro tems at the Oakland Workers Compensation Appeals Board. The firm has extensive experiences in representing injured workers from all phases of their cases, from the beginning of the case to negotiations, settlement, trial and appeals up to the Supreme Court of California. Our attorneys are highly accomplished and regularly attend continuing education classes. Our legal assistants and staff are highly trained and have extensive experience in this area.
