Supple 8 fitness is a new ideology and approach to fitness. We focus on specific movements patterns and the muscles within those movement patterns to train the body to remain mobile and also healthy. Many people especially beginners can get lost in all the information in training, and you can spend more time learning and trial and error than focusing on action and consistency.
