      General Info
      Samuel Merritt College provides academic education through various locations in California, including Oakland. The college offers degrees at the undergraduate and graduate levels in various academic disciplines, such as nursing, occupational therapy, physician assistant, physical therapy and podiatric medicine. The programs include bachelor and accelerated bachelor degrees in nursing and master s degrees in occupational therapy, science, nursing and physician s assistant. It also provides graduate programs to become a family nurse practitioner, certified registered nurse anesthetist and case management advisor. Additionally, Samuel Merritt College provides an online master s degree in a nursing graduate program, and has a computer lab equipped with videos and DVDs. It also has a library providing a large collection of curriculum books and resources, print and electronic journals, online article indices and databases. The college also offers financial aid to students through scholarships and student loans.
