Located in Oakland, Calif., Consolidated CM is a full-service construction support organization of project managers, architects, engineers, schedulers, construction claims experts and inspection personnel. Its consolidated project management system manages critical construction documents, photos, schedules, inspections, meeting minutes and project cost information. Its design phase services include value engineering, design activity coordination, and oversight and constructability review. It also assists with preconstruction scheduling, check estimation and contractor prequalification. It uses Internet-based document control, field inspection and cost control methods for the management of field quality, schedule status, changes and time-sensitive construction correspondence. It daily assists public and private owners with construction-related issues for staff extension, specific consulting services and the complete management team. Its design management clients include the California State University campuses, Las Positas Community College and West Los Angles Veterans Hospital.
