Condon-Johnson & Associates is a shoring and foundation company with headquarters in Oakland, Calif. In 1976, the company completed its first soil nailing project. Mike Condon and James Johnson transformed that company into Condon-Johnson & Associates. Condon and Johnson grew the company from 25 employees and revenues of $4 million per year to more than 300 employees and annual revenues exceeding $85 million. Condon-Johnson & Associates works with numerous subcontractors and suppliers on many projects, specifically underground shoring and foundation projects.
