These people are abusing the tenants and abusing the section 8 system.

I had the bad experience to rent an apartment owned by this company in the city of El Sobrante. First of all, the property was poorly managed and there is no security at all. When we need it maintenance in the apartment we had to wait for months to get anything done even if this was an emergency matter. There were constantly police officers at the apartments due to the amount of crime that happened with the tenants. I also experienced business in bad faith when I was surprised with a bill for very ridicules things from this company after I moved out. I will not recommend this company. I will encourage families with children to stay away from any apartments offered by them.
