On May 30th an Asian man dumped a severely abused German Shepherd dog at Oakland Animal Services. This was done in the middle of the night and caught on the security camera. The dog was tortured for so long nothing could be done and she was put down. There is an 18 thousand dollar reward for information leading to the arrest of this man. If you have any information regarding this incident call Oakland Animal Services. This story is being covered by ABC and NBC news, but Channel 8 Chinese News won't cover the story or publicize the reward.
