McKee Elementary School provides a variety of educational and extracurricular opportunities to students in kindergarten through grade five. Its primary intervention program provides reading intervention strategies for students who are encountering difficulties in learning. The school s library stocks a large collection of fiction and nonfiction books, reference materials, biographies, recordings, CDs, DVDs, magazines and maps. In addition, it offers online homework assistance. The school also recycles empty laser and inkjet printer cartridges and cell phones for fundraising. Additionally, it organizes field trips and offers transportation services. McKee Elementary School, administered by the West Allegheny School District, is located in Oakdale, Pa.
