Idle Hour Elementary School is affiliated with the Connetquot Central School District. The school has more than 300 students in grades kindergarten through five. It is also a member of the Special Education Parent-Teacher Association, which focuses on special education and encourages communication between members of the Connetquot community. Special Education Parent-Teacher Association has various members, such as parents, guardians, teachers, and other special education specialists. Idle Hour Elementary School offers various programs, including English, arts, science, social studies, mathematics and physical education. The school also offers a variety of sports activities, including volleyball, baseball, soccer, basketball and soccer. It is located in Oakdale, N.Y.
