I have never been more disgusted with a business in my life. Management changed here 1st quarter 2015 and the rates went up, but accountability and service went down. The owner did not bother to inform tenants of staff change or name of new manager or assistant, either. Both myself and another tenant were locked out at the gate and we have excellent credit histories here. No call, no letter of explanation, although all our contact information was readily available. No apology was given whatsoever, when asked the person answer in phone excused the lock out staying they did not have contact info on all tenants and for anyone with no contact in 5 days, there was an automatic lockout. How is that even legal? When a person is paid up and the business claims 24/7 access to storage. Furthermore, the owners name and contact information was withheld with the insulting excuse that phone answered didn't have that info. Anyone who has to be this deceptive and under handed needs to be investigated.
