      My family had a wonderful time at WestGate during our stay at Oak Ridge! The WestGate policy does indicate NO PETS on the premises so it's no surprise a pet owner found ticks. We enjoyed seeing the pool, the trails, and much of what Eats Tennessee had to offer. Our room was very clean, and the staff was very friendly.

      TICKS! In the last 2 days we have been here we found a total of 6 ticks in the room, 2 of which crawled on us and 1 had buried himself into the skin. We are leaving as we can t stay in a tick infested room. I asked her to pro-rate it. She won t because I have a dog with me that has been in my SUV & never in the room and he doesn t have any ticks (we don t have ticks were we live). I understand a previous tenant must have accidently brought them in but then not make it right for us is wrong.
