This place lost a lot of good employees in service & parts. A recent redo of store was needed but their main focus is only to sell expensive accessories loosing a lot of run in & grab items. There were items they had that day to fix stuff now shelves are empty or lack of item. Miss the friendliness coming in & quality of work. they were small in these departments but knew everyone & did nice work now it seems rushed.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had purchasing a Camper. Salesman was rude after the sales and not helpfull at all. No one in the Office was willing to help us.

not knowing much as a new buyer, the counter girl in the store chris was very pleasant & helpful. she went over what i need & what to buy now and later, not pushy at all she"ll tell you what & why you need it now. a small store but packed with lots of items. if they don"t have it from their catalog they make it an effort to get it in for you,& try to work with your timing on your trips. we wanted a bike carrier for our trip and wasn"t going to make it on time for our trip, but she called us back and got it from another supplier & got it for us.
