I visit this location three or more times a week. Teresa is awesome customer service they always have what I need to keep my business up and going. In reference to the last review I agree the entire management team is not Demonstrating leadership ability this is very important to the employees that are at the counter. Overall this is a great place to get your local hardware supplies. I also have noticed that this store has a problem with Retaining employees.

The management team here needs some help. They often don't have materials that the local rural customers need. Upper management cound definitely take some courses on Customer Service and Relations.
