Great apartments on the upswing!!! Only place to live comfortably in Oak Park under 750... under new management and they are doing great so far.

Worst place ever. I just moved in and already want out. It's too noisy. The other tenants have no consideration for anyone. The basements are filthy. I can barely use my parking spot when I get home from work. They have the nerve to charge a lot for these apartments and offer next to nothing. It's the pits! If you thought of moving here, don't. They're suburban projects. RUN!!!
