Interior Design in Oak Park - River Forest After 20 years in the corporate design world, Leeann Heininger opened her first home furnishings and interior designer studio in Oak Park on Lake Street in 2002. She and her team of professional designers work with clients to create the home they love. Today Fringe Home Design is located on South Blvd. in the historic Arcade Building. We offer full-service interior design, custom draperies and Hunter Douglas blinds and shades, and wonderful high quality furnishings and dcor selected to reflect your personal style. We serve clients across Chicagoland plus Wisconsin and Michigan.
