I was very happy that the dealer whom I was working with was very invested in my decision on buying a car but what dealer isn't. I purchased a Certified pre-owned 2013 Sentra with 22, 000...Great buy! However, NIssan led me to believe some things that weren't true by any means. I was told that if I got a specific type of insurance that I would have to pay $240 for a down payment and be covered for the next two months. That was a lie! Another thing is that I asked for the car to be cleaned. I was also informed that before hand the was detailed(tires checked, cleaning, oil check). By the time that I was done sealing the deal it was night time and I drove away with a brand new vehicle(at least to me). When I got a good look at the car in the morning I noticed that there was a chip in front window and n old coffee stain the back seat. When I returned the next day to Nissan it was like pulling teeth to get the car cleaned.

I've bought 10 new cars in my life and by far this was the best experience I have ever had!
