- Urinary Tract InfectionIssues with urination are often caused by underlying pelvic floor dysfunction. Recommended treatments may include techniques to reduce urinary urgency and frequency, retaining pelvic floor muscles to work correctly, education in bladder irritants and dietary/fluid modifications, exercises that assist with pelvic floor function (may include breathing, hip, back or abdominal muscle exercises), posture instruction, and behavioral / stress management strategies.
- UltrasoundFor many patients, one of the primary objectives is pain relief. This is frequently accomplished with hands-on techniques, modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and/or heat or cold therapy. Movement often provides pain relief as well. Your physical therapist will provide you with the appropriate exercises not only for pain relief but to recover range of motion, strength, and endurance.

- Hand SurgeryMy experience at Rue and Primavera with Kegan Murphy was excellent. Before my hand surgery, I could not pick up anything and the pain from the carpal tunnel was terrible. Thanks to Kegan, I can do all my normal activities and my favorite crafts. He started out with small movements and massaging to lifting weights and great dexterity with all of my fingers. He was very patient and great to work with.

- Physical TherapyPhysical therapists are experts in the musculoskeletal system. Â If possible see a therapist before you have pain or physical dysfunction. Â Therapists have the knowledge and skills to evaluate you from head to toe. Â They will spend more time with you listening and examining you than any other health care provider. Â The time and money that you invest in physical therapy can pay off tremendously in health benefits, financially- often avoiding the need for expensive tests, and preserving your independence.
- Occupational TherapyDuring their personalized Occupational Therapy sessions, the patient may receive some of the following treatments and trainings...
