At first my husband and I were happy to have found this place because there aren't any good apartments in Oak Harbor. The manager seemed nice at first, but after time she became really rude and treated us like we didn't have any common sense. While living in one of their apartments we needed something fixed and they charged us to come out and fix it. The type of paint and appliances they use are out dated. We moved as soon as our lease was up. They charged up for things that were already wrong with the apartment. As first time renters we learned a lot from this experience. Do NOT make the same mistake we did.
