We have been using this bank for 7 years now and all of a sudden they change things, I can no longer cash my husbands checks I have to deposit them, I cant deposit a check from my daughter cause shes not on my account and just went into cash in some change and deposit it and because thier change machine was down the teller would not count my change. common now how lazy is that, I was planing on depsiting that money into my account. guess she didnt want to mess us her pertty nails. its not llike she was doing anything to begin with but just sitting there doing nothing when I walked in. What did they do before change machines? This is beconming the worst bank ever!!!! Seriously thinking about changing banks!!!! Getting really FED up with it.

Do not use this bank! They have no understanding of customer service. When an title issue was identified with a Mortgage policy, the bank did not share the information with the customer in order to resolve the issue, stating they were not required to do so.

I am a new customer to this bank. I recently completed a loan and opened an account. In my experience, the staff was all kind, professional, and trustworthy. Jon Hall was our loan officer and he was excellent to work with. Debbie helped us open our account and she was knowledgeable and patient. I would suggest doing business at this hometown bank. They helped us with a loan when loan when no other lender could:)

A new manager has taken over as of summer 2010 and he is the BEST. Jon Hall. My credit score was down because of a divorce, no one would refinance me so I could stay in my house. I decided to try the "hometown" bank as a last resort. Jon went to bat for me and refinanced my house! Now my loan is with Commercial Bank in Oak Grove. I was treated with respect and would have refered my friends there also.

GREAT Bank. Have been with them for 15 years & they always make every effort to support us. Their interest is the best.

This is the worst bank in the area!!!! Don't use them, they are not loyal to their customers, they will use other individuals who do not bank with them for their repairs and maintenance. Their hours for drive thru and lobby are ignorant. Their work day is done at 2 p.m. in the afteroon! We had a substantial amount of money in this bank and have moved it elsewhere.

They are the best bank I have worked with yet!!
