I was pleased with the service provided. Ed came within his stated time and explained what the problem was. Ed also gave tips to us to prevent a future problem with our plumbing. I will be using Oak Creek plumbing again.

called to have a 40 gal hot water tank put in they came up with a $ 1,600 price. called eagle plumbing they did it for $760.00 with the same tank. oak creek is way out of line with there pricies
I would highly recommend this business. my plumber was Mike M. He did exactly what I asked, explained how everything worked and what to expect and he was very personable. In addition he was respectful of my new house and light carpeting and wore shoe covers.
Mike M. came for this service call and serviced the sink problems I was experiencing and then agreed to also do the whole house inspection. He was very considerate and helpful. He also found a problem with my furnace and advised me to call them. I am grateful for that. I have been dealing with Oak Creek Plumbing for quite a few years now and I have been satisfied at all times. I have recommended them to our Condo Association members.

i.e., A local favI would never recommend this company to anybody because they are so unprofessional, and they charged me $185 for service guy who just came in (was not even 1 minute in my home) and took one photo with his ipad and said that I needed to replace my whole water heater for 1450$. So I called other company and they found some little wiring problem which they fixed and they charged me 50$. and water heater now runs like new. So oak creek plumbing is so unprofessional Save your money for not calling them!!!!!!!!!orite, or highly recommended because
arrived very quickly after my call, adapted to my schedule, explained exactly what he was doing to solve my plugged sewer and gave suggestions about cleaning the drain cover, left the work area clean. I will continue using Oak Creek Pluming and have recommended them to others.

I needed a kitchen faucet installed and had a problem with a slow running drain. Mike R. was professional and completed the job as well making recommendations for other areas that needed attention. I appreciated his expertise on any questions/concerns that I had. His service was exceptional.

arrived as scheduled, performed all requested work effectively, explained what was being done and why, gave additional information and suggestions, explained charges, left all work areas neat and clean. Definitely will continue to use this company.
Oak Creek Plumbing was called because of a water issue with a toilet and they responded within 2 hours. While here I mentioned an old water heater. It was checked and recommended to be replaced. It was done on the spot that day with great efficiency by Steve. GREAT JOB Will call them for future jobs.

Last night I had a small water leak and went to turn the shut off valve off and it broke off with water spraying everywhere. Mike M. from Oak Creek Plumbing showed up first thing this morning and fixed the problem and replace a couple of other items to prevent future problems. He was very professional and helpful. Tagged all the shut off valves around the house for my wife to easily see what to turn off in the future. We discussed other plumbing projects down the road to upgrade our 40 year old house over time. He was very helpful. I would highly recommend Oak Creek Plumbing and recommend you ask for Mike M.

Plumber arrived much earlier than expected considering that I'd only scheduled the job the day before and the early morning appointments were booked. That was fortunate because it was a bigger job than anticipated, and took up much of the day. The job was completed timely, and the work area in the bathroom and in the basement were tidy. The plumber was very personable.
New toilets were just what we expected. And, the work was done in less than 4 hours.

ed is one of the best guys that has done work for me in the past plus just installing my new water heater when he does the job he is always great to talk to and makes you feel you are getting a job well done oak creek plumbing has a great guy with ed working for them

Steve W did the work in our home. He was extremely professional, courteous, thorough and neat. He was very helpful answering my questions. I had a follow-up question the next day. My phone inquiry was handled by Shane G. He needed to contact Steve out in the field. I was especially impressed with how well Steve and Shane coordinated together. A short time later Steve called me back and answered my question completely. The whole experience of working with these 2 gentlemen and Oak Creek Plumbing was exceptional. Thank you guys.

The service provider was professional and friendly, the plumber clearly explained what he would be doing and explained what the costs would be in advance. I was not pressured into any services that I did not request. I will use Oak Creek Plumbing again.
