Here is my experience

I used to fill my gas and use “touch free” car wash from this location for the past 4 years. You might be wondering why I write review now. Reason is mistakes happen everywhere as the world is not that perfect and this gas station facility was not an exception. But today I experienced the result of the extreme carelessness and unprofessional business of this gas facility and I decided I should never visit this location ever again. I have no complaint about the shell gas in general. I never ever had such bad experience with a car wash. So poor maintenance of the touch free car wash facility damaged my car today by hitting with the carwarh lever, which run around the car. This location is deteriorating. Today after filling gas I went for the carwash , the shutter wasn’t opening then I go inside shop and told it isn’t working. The girl said it won’t work if you don’t wait enough while it is in use (in fact there were no one inside for carwash and the gentleman in front of me took reverse and left as the door wasn’t functioning). The girl went inside the carwash using another door and did some quick repair inside the facility. She opened the shutter and I drove inside the carwash as the girl requested. I put the gear on parking on the exact place after the underbody wash, it applied the 2 coats of soap around the car, and then cleaned with water. Then it applied “tricolor” - it was only 2 colors as usual for this facility these days. After above steps, when it was about to start clean ‘tricolor’ . Boom – the liver came and hit on my car really hard and stopped working. My car was left with tricolor. The girl was watching it and she partially cleaned the car with tap water. After she poured water on my car, I walked around the car and I didn’t immediately noticed any damage as the car was dirty with partially cleaned ‘tricolor’. She gave me another carwash code for free. I went inside the facility and talk to a Lady, who introduced me as the manager. She also tried to blame me. But since the girl was a witness to the incident, the manager lady had to shut the mouth. Then she started saying ‘ you need to wait here until owner come if there any damage to the car’ . So arrogant and hasty language instead of apologizing. Mine was German made Luxury car with real sturdy body. There must have been a big dent if it was an ordinary car. I was on my way to work and was already spent 45 minutes and don’t want to wait indefinitely for the owner to come. I had to drove partially cleaned car to my work. It was dry when I parked on my work place and found there is a scratch on my car. I called the facility and gave my contact number for the owner to call me back. No call yet, waiting for it. May need to act legal. Do you want to experience it???. Visit the facility

The machines don't work and there is no phone number listed to call for assistance. A poorly run carwash, aviod it if possible.

They owe me $2.50 because the waher kept taking my money and nothing happened.
