Highly Recommend. I have lived here for over two years. I was originally going to buy a home in the first 6 months but I have enjoyed the carefree maintenance free lifestyle. The staff treats you like family and they are located close to Page Extension and I-64 ( Hwy 40).

First impression - awesome. Moved in and have lived there a little more than 1 yr. Hot tub has never been a hot tub, never has worked. First yr had it open as a wading pool - shouldn't advertise something that isn't working properly - hasn't for more than a couple years according to others who have lived there a long time. Due to foundation issues, there is water *(a lake!) standing outside everyone's doors (including 3rd floor) anytime it rains, and nothing is done about it. The office is very snooty every time you call. I am not the only person who feels this way, I actually haven't talked to anyone that hasn't felt that way that lives there. They snub everybody unless you're looking to rent an apartment. Move in and they're snubbing you. Apartments are nice, and tons of room, but don't let them fool you. It's not 100% what you see. They hate fixing anything, treat you like you're beneath them, and advertise something that has not worked several years! Not a temp issue.
