Your hours stated you were open until 8:30pm yet when I showed up on Tuesday May 17,2014 @ 8:18pm your establishment was closed. I rushed to get there from my way home from work to pick up a suit that I needed on the morning for a 6:30am flight out of St. Louis. This is not the first time I have shown up and this is the case. While I am overall happy with the quality of their cleaning there are to many other options to meet my needs to be unconvinced by a business that does not honor the hours that they post on their door.

I had a very pleasent expierence here, I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in and I had a bunch if questions this being my first time at the dry cleaners, the girl who was the manager, answered all my questions and she was very friendly. My clothes came back wonderfully ! I will defiantly be back!

OH MY! The cost of this place was CRAZY! 2 dresses, 3 shirts and 7 pairs of pants cost just under $70 to clean! I could have thrown away my clothes, and went to Kohl's and bought a new outfit for $70. I'll be doing one of two things - buying washable clothes more often or shopping elsewhere for my cleaning needs! I suppose folks with money to burn might enjoy throwing it away here... that's not me! (Will admit though, partly my fault - I assumed (duh!!!) that it would be similar in price to what I've paid other places, so I didn't ask ahead of time what the cost would be. Had I known (or asked) I wouldn't have left my clothes there to begin with.... lesson learned!

You never really know the first time you drop off your clothes some place if this is going to be a good or bad expereince. But I wear a ton of black for my work as a sylist and get some pretty bad stuff on my clothes. As we all know, black does not do well in the home washing machine or dryer and is faded out before you know it. Well, I wanted to go to a cleaners that was new with non chemical to our environment. So when I read about this eco friendly cleaning service that could have my clothes ready THE SAME DAY, I said, this is perfect. Plus its in a great location and has a drive through. With a winter like we have had, that is perfect. They do a great job on my clothes and this is the most important part. My clothes last much longer with this cleaning system, and my clothes look new for so much longer. Love it at Starcrest. I dont usually write reviews, but I think we all need to start thinking about the environment more, and maybe this is one little way we can all help.
