OVMC is a fantastic place to take your pet. The staff is exceptional, compassionate and caring. They go well above and beyond what most would. I can say that from our personal experience with the entire staff of OVMC and our dog Buddy. We will never forget the kindness and compassion they extended to us in our time of grief.

When my big dog, Harley, was so miserable and I had determined it was time for him to go, my regular vet was out of town and I felt it could not wait another week, so I called OFallon Veterinary medical center. They gave me an appointment right away. It was such a heart wrenching thing for me to do, but the team and Dr. Joel were so patient, reverent, and professional, it made a horrible experience tolerable. They felt my loss almost as much as I did and gave me all the time I needed to say goodbye. I will now use Dr. Joel and his team for my other dog. The office is clean and bright and the people very friendly.

I love love love the doctors and staff at OVMC!! They take great care of my lab and always take the time to talk to me and answer all of questions. Very friendly with a nice office! I wouldn't let just anyone take care of my baby!
