Wasted 2.5 hours getting my roots touched up and highlights just to see in my lights at home that my roots were the same! Called to have them fix it or issue a refund. Was told they would not fix it for several days and refused to refund my money so I could go somewhere else. I was told the only one in the whole company that could issue a refund was the GM and she wouldn't be in for at least two days! Either the girl was lying or that is the worse business model I have come across to date. Would never recommend them to anyone.
