Extremely unfriendly service. The carburater part arrived a week after promised, and the manager at Bill's Service Center blamed the customer for not picking it up for a week, despite having not called the customer when it arrived. This same piece ordered was the wrong piece, and the manager blamed the customer for telling him the wrong part.
