We were there last night to celebrate my daughters birthday. There were 8 of us. The food came out for 7 of us we were told they forgot one order. It was suppose to be a filet, it was a sirloin that they brought out. My son-in law ate it anyways because the rest of the party was almost done with thier dinner. They must have set the potatoes for the order on the side, when they were served they were cold.We told the server that we were celebrating my daughters birthday when we first arrived.The server brings our check and again we informed her of the birthday,She then brought out the saddle for her to celebrate,then goes to get the ice cream that is always served to the birthday person. It was a bowl of ice cream that looked like a bowl of soup. It was totally melted. A manager came over like they always do and asked how our everything was , as soon as we started to explain, I guess he noticed we already had our check. Changed the subject and told us to have a nice evening.

We LOVE these restaurants. We have been to several in different states and the steaks (and other foods) are always delicious!!! We love the consistency between the different restaurants. The service has always been great also. Please keep doing whatever it is that your doing. Thanks.
