On August 1, 1949, Phillip & Frances Schildknecht founded Schildknecht Funeral Home with that mission and the commitment to providing the highest standards in quality and service for each family we serve. In 2008 Schildknecht Funeral Home added an on-site crematory, Cremation Services of Metro East, LLC, so your loved one never leaves the care of our compassionate and certified staff.
