Felt like the sales woman was talking down to me. I asked to have my bracelet fixed and before she asked me what was wrong with it she suggested that I returned instead. Then after she explained rudely that there was nothing wrong with the bracelet, that's just how it lays. Which I'm still not sure is true. She suggested that I go home and talk it over with my parents. Even though I leave alone. Very upsetting. Will not be going back.

What can I say: reliable, dependable, trustworthy, friendly, personable, honest, and very fair prices! They repaired my wedding ring and made it look brand new in 2003. Another jeweler said is was not repairable and was trying to sell me another ring set, another was trying to charge me $200 dollars more than Cecena's. I am glad I took my wedding ring to Cecena's. They have done other repairs for me since. My husband bought me a beautiful pair of earrings for my 30th Birthday at their shop. I came in one day and gave the Jeweler (Tony) my black pearl bracelet, told him it was to big, and asked if he could remove four of the pearls and make earrings? He designed a beautiful pair of dangle earrings that are now my favorite. I will be a client for life. Thank you Cecena Family!!!!
