Ive been to them before for laser hair removal and was never very happy with the aestheticians, they were clueless and the results were not good, I have had laser done on other body parts somewhere else and they were excellent but tried this place because they had a special, cheaper isnt always better. So although I was very unhappy with those results, I made a very stupid decision to use them for my wedding makeup, spray tan and eyelashes. I went for trial last week, when I say the experience was awful thats an understatement. The woman burned my eyes with the adhesive causing them to crust for a couple of days, she had to remove the lashes and tried another kind, they kept pulling my eyes and lashes, it hurt and the lashes lifted in the corners. The spray tan did nothing, I had no color. Lastly, the first woman who did my makeup when I looked in the mirror, I started to cry not only about how i looked but how much money they told me I had to prepay for my wedding day. A 2nd woman tried to fix my makeup and it just got worse and when the 3rd person promised to make it better, I thought she cant possibly be awful too. I thought I was in the twilight zone, she was the worst of all of them. People I saw afterward said I looked like a drag queen, it was awful. Since last week I have given them many opportunities to give me a refund for the services I paid for but didnt receive yet and they have refused to refund me. I am not even asking for the money for the things I received that were awful, only for what I havent gotten done yet and they are refusing. Bad business, they owe me almost $1000 and are refusing to refund me.

Got my wife a set of laser treatments, and everything went well. Its the gift that keeps on giving. :) . Getting her another region this coming spring.
