I ordered a beautiful arrangement off Walters Flowers website with a promised delivery of the next day. The next day I received a call saying they would be delivered the following day. Then when I actually got the flowers, they were NOTHING like what I had ordered. When I called to complain, I was told "sorry but that's what we had". They would not give me a discount or try to accommodate me in any way. It was amazing to me that once they received their money, they could care less about the customer. Walters Flowers will not ship what you order, misrepresents themselves on their website and does not care about their customers concerns. DO NOT SHOP THERE!!!
