      Dr. James D. Franklin is an excellent physician because he truly listens to the patience concerns. He performs through tests to find the medical problem and immediately contacts a patient regarding the status of their condition. Dr. Franklin continues to review a patient's file to insure proper medications are given as well as conference with other physician specialists treating the patient.
