I have to say, I was shocked seeing negative reviews...I bring my dog here regularly, and he NEVER liked going to the groomer until we started coming here. My little maltese will run from me the minute I get his brush out or he hears the bath. He always winds up with a little matting b/c he only lets me use a soft brush. The ladies here always take such good care of him, even with his little mats. He is never cut, h is skin is never irritated and he always looks so handsome :) Spanky loves going here! It's the only dog groomer I have taken him to that he actually enjoys and happily walks in. I would definitely recommend them!

As the owner of Capoochinos I must defend my business. As per Theresa z's ignorant remarks i will not respond except for the fact that she signed a written release that we paid for her vet bills and also DID return her money 60.00 for the full groom. Yes my groomer did snip the dogs tail...but according to her vet the dog had an underlying condition which we were not responsible for yet she wanted us to continue to pay for second opinions which was not our responsibility...we did own up to our responsibility which she signed per our written statement on the incident. There is more to her negative remarks than meets the eye. I am proud to be the owner of capoochinos and take full responsibility for our actions. If someone does not like the way the dogs are groomed they should always care for the dog at home as well....if the dog comes in matted to the skin its the owners fault for not brushing them at home. It is very easy to blame the groomer...but where does the truth really lie?. We even take before and after pictures if a dog is severly matted...we continue to treat our clients with respect and fairness. At least we deserve that as well!

The system doesn't allow for zero stars but DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE! After cutting my dog's tail so badly he had to be rushed to the vet to stop bleeding, their groomer admitted she has had no training aside from "on the job" and this was the 5th dog she had cut in a little more than a week. Capoochino agreed to pay for the vet bills as they should of course, but once the vet recommended my dog have a partial amputation because his tail wouldn't heal properly, the owner, Linda, who is very ignorant and nasty, reneged and said they wouldn't be paying anything further. And she has kept the $60 for the grooming fee!! My dog is on his third visit to the vet in a week because of them and she says it is not her responsibility???

I sent both my dogs to get groomed there... After calling me twice and asking if I wanted my pomerian shaved in the middle of December which I repeatedly said NO! I came to pick her up and wouldn't you know it she was shaved! They even had the nerve to make me pay for their work!! My other dog was shaved aswell and left with his chest being 2x longer! They have no idea on how to groom a dog! I will never be bring any of my 4 dogs back to them again!!!!

I brought my cat here because she was a rescue. I have never in my life had such great service anywhere else. I think this place should be on TV. It looks like a house instead of a salon. The owners are definetly pet lovers. It is the talk of the town, or should be. The thing I like most is they are going to be teaching grooming. It is everything you want under one roof!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This grooming salon is top notch! It is very clean and welcoming. The owners are great caring people and truly love their job. They take pride in their work and are very accomodating. I'm not sure why the other person complained about them because they are nothing like they mentioned. Must be a competitor that wrote that.

I absolutely loved taking my rescue dog to this place. The service was great and they took my dog at the exact time of her appointment. She NEVER was able to be groomed until now, she would shake at the sight of a cage. That's one of the many things I love about Capoochino's. Linda and Cathy are warm, very gentle and nurturing. They took their time until my dog was comfortable and gave EXCEPTIONAL service. I would highly recommend them.

They overbook dogs and do not have any organization. There is a gated area for the dogs that are waiting to be groomed. The time of your appointment doesn't matter- they take dogs as they come in and based on how badly they need to be groomed.

This place is so uniue, cozy and inviting. My dog just loved it here. The groomer is so caring and did a great job...If you have a pet this is the place to go....the fact that they do not cage your pet is what I liked most. They even have a daycare with a webcame so you can watch your dog from wherever you are!!!!
