BEWARE!!! Palm Storage Management does NOT keep promises. If you pay 12 months in advance, you will get a small discount but they will NOT give you any pro-rated money back if you do not complete the 12 months. When you sign the contract they are very nice and promise they would refund on a pro-rated basis, they actually DON'T. The only way you will find out is when you lose the money they promised to pay. Follow a good advice and take your trailer/boat somewhere else.
