I can say it is a beautiful store. Everything is high end and the prices do match unfortunately. I ordered bar stools and gaming table and chairs. Table top came with wrong material ordered. No big deal mistakes happen. Its the poor customer service following that irritates me. Your mistake it should be a priority to remedy it. We are over 3 mos now from my order date. Its taking longer to replace their error than it did to get the first order. Whats makes it worse it they said it shipped 2 weeks ago. Then that ship date was adjusted twice. Either it shipped or it didn't but don't lie. They rarely return phone calls and the person you need to talk to is never there.

Ordered a pool table from Allstate in Novi back in early March. I was told 8 weeks then 10 weeks. Now they say it is back ordered and waiting on the pool table company to contact them...still no delivery date or table. No idea on how much longer !!
