I had a problem with a tuner after 90 days. They worked with me to replace with a brand new device. They handled the situation quickly and professionally. It was a high end Denon Tuner ($1100). Extremely pleased.
When buying expensive things like LCD TVs etc., price is an important factor for most of us. It's that very factor that has led to the success of chain stores like Best Buy. And for good reason. Their balance of selection and low price can be hard to beat.One still needs to beware. In purchasing the flat panel TV for my best friend we were taken on quite a ride of price negotiation. In the end of the multi-day ordeal that cost us almost 24 hours IN THE STORE added up, I'm glad we got what they had promised us, but I won't go back there.
