My Laser Printer died on the 16th. of April at 3:00am, I'm an Accountant ! Found this company on-line, I emailed them to call me a.s.a.p. and that my main Laser Printer was down. I received an e-mail response stating we would have a tech. out to my office by 9:00am ; my Laser printer was up and running by 9:45 a.m. Unbelievable Service !

The receptionist is very helpful, knowledgeable and funny. The Toner / Supplies work well at a fair price, and they Service and Repair most Office Equipment. They have personally worked on our Companies Color Laser Printers, Fax Machines, Copiers, Scanners, and Inkjets. They are also very price competitive.
*Don't forget to ask about a diagnostic fee ahead of time. I haven't been charged for one in so long I forgot to ask.
Brought my small, home printer in and was charged a $55 diagnsostic fee to be told the the teeth on the drive were stripped and it could not be fixed. Printer is only about 7 months old.
