Based in Novato, Calif., Canyon Manor Mental Health Rehabilitation Center is a mental health rehabilitation center, providing health services to psychiatry patients. Established in 1976, it offers dual diagnosis program for patients with both mental illness and chemical dependency. Canyon Manor Mental Health Rehabilitation Center's treatment program consists of a variety of skill building groups, general activities, small therapy groups, community meetings, physical and recreational activities, various types of outings, passes and special events.
