No compassion, not caring.we begged for help and got none. Our dog was dying and we couldnt move her but they refused to come to our home though we live two miles down the road

I recently had to have my 15 year old Shih Tzu put to sleep, Dr. Foster and his staff were absolutely wonderful. They took the time to explain every step of the process, they were supportive and empathetic. When I called to set up the appointment, I immediately found comfort - the receptionist was so caring and took the time to explain the process to me, what my options were and the cost. On the day of the procedure, everyone was so thoughtful and supportive - I was given all the time I needed to say my goodbyes.....I will highly recommend Highgrove!!

A previous vet diagnosed my young dog. I took her to Dr Foster for a second opinion and he saved her life. She lived a long healthy life and she loved Dr Foster. We recently had to put her down and Dr Foster and his staff were amazingly supportive and empathetic. Dr Foster has been helping me with my diabetic cat for years and has been very helpful and patient. We now have a puppy and look forward to a healthy future with Dr Foster!! --- The staff is very warm and friendly as well!

When my previous vet sold his practice to another veterinarian, things went downhill fast. I knew I needed to find a new practice. Several people, including a veterinarian who was no longer in the area, suggested Dr. Foster. I made the switch and have not regretted my decision for one minute. Dr. Foster and his staff are caring and competent. I have always been seen in a timely fashion and they are very thorough and efficient. I highly recommend Highgrove Veterinary Hospital.

I called with a problem with my dog and was told to come in the next day at 3.00 that was the soonest they could see her. after telling them that my dog couldnt stand up or walk. By 9.00 am the next morning after talking to family they told me to take the dog down there right away and have them look at her. which I did and was told to come back at 3.00 . I was in tears and could not believe that they wouldnt look at my dog. I called family again and she called her vet that looked at my dog right away THEY TOLD ME I NEEDED A NEW VET!!!! NO ONE UNDERSTOOD WHY THEY WOULDNT LOOK AT MY DOG THE 1ST DAY LET ALONE THE SECOND DAY. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THATS FOR SURE!!!!!
