I callled and they gave me an appointment the same day! They made me feel I've been going there for 10 years. Very friendly guy at the front , they were fast and answered all my questions. The young lady who called when my return was complete was very kind and professional. I recommend to my friends. It's used to be painful going to the tax office, like a doctor visit, but very relaxing and they even had free pen for me. see picture
