      I just bought an auto policy from Chelsea Insurance in Norwich. they not only saved me a lot of money they also explained my policy. They rock!!!

      Consistently excellent. Live person always answers telephone, great follow through, easy to do business with. Competitive prices & local so if there's a problem you get a face with a policy. I like the fact that my policy comes with an agent.
