From the day I bought my Murano from Lance Ward to the most recent service I had at Norwell dealing with George Sullivan and Mike Graney I can't express how thrilled I am with all the aspects of Coastal Nissan. Lance was a perfect person to deal with to buy a car and the service in Norwell I know I can trust. They have never steered me wrong and after I had work done last week I feel so safe and protected in my Murano, which I call my baby. They were very kind to let me borrow a car while mine was being worked on but I told them that nothing compared to the feeling of being safe and comfortable with my Murano even though the car they gave me was fabulous, it wasn't mine. With this group of people I know they are being honest and straight forward with me and I never doubt what they say. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone who is looking for a car. They go above and beyond and I am thrilled I walked through their doors when I did.

I recently purchased a 2012 Altima from Coastal, and I could not have been happier with the service I received during the process. Lance was terrific in making sure I found the car that was perfect for me. I am a recent college grad, and I know I made a great decision buying my first car at Coastal.

The service director Matthew Kittredge has always provided me with the best service around at a reasonable price. I never have a problem booking an appointment and everyone is always so nice. I would highly recommend Coastal Nissan's service department!

I would definitely recommend the Coastal Nissan service department. The staff was friendly and helpful and they had me in and out in a timely fashion. Very professional!
I had a terrible service experience at this dealership and will not consider returning. Even after the poor service, I sent an email to the service manage, Mr. Kittredge, and he never even followed up or acknowledged receipt of my email...a continuation of the poor service and the "I don't care" attitude you'll get at Coastal Nissan.
I spoke with the service technician on the phone and advised I would call him back within 30 minutes to authorize any of the work quoted. After an hour of attempts to reach him- all attempts were received by me being dumped into voicemail- I left a message on the machine. Following leaving the message, I again called back and was told by the front desk that they were "too busy" to get him on the phone but they assured me he checks voicemail frequently. Almost two hours later, I arrived to the dealership to find the technician and another employee standing in the service bay laughing and talking. I should note, the service bay was completely empty.
When I approached him about my car and about the message I left him, he advised me he had not "had time" to check his messages. When I voiced my frustration with him and my impression of him standing around laughing with co-workers while I had been waiting for a response, he quickly snapped at me and told me he had been "too busy" all day and I needed to "calm down". When I told him to "drop his attitude" he smart mouthed me and walked out of the shop.
I would never treat a customer like the service technician treated me. Not only did he not respond in a timely manner to my attempts to reach him, in fact he didn't respond at all, but he also was rude and belligerent rather than apologizing and attempting to fix the situation.
I will not be bringing my car back to there; it will be worth the extra drive for me to go to Quincy than to deal with their rude and delayed customer service.

I own 3 Nissans all purchased and serviced from Coastal in Norwell. The thing I like best is the friendly personal attention that you get from start to finish. All their employees are great especially Tom DiPesa who is always there to greet you with a smile and take care of all your needs. Coastal has is all selection, service, and integerity. Give them a try you won't be dissappointed.
i.e.,I would definately recommend Coastal Nissan if you are in the market for a car. Unlike most other dealerships there was no pressure, they are honest, and they work with you to get you into the car you want. Mike Graney was my salesman and he was polite, professional, respectful, and very knowledgeable. He even followed up with me after I had the car to make sure I was happy with it. Also Ron Singer the Finance Director was very helpful and worked hard to get me the best financing option. Best Car buying experience by far. I will be a customer for life. A local favorite, or highly recommended because

I give negative 5 stars - I would not go to Coastal Nissan again. Everyone from the Sales team and Service team is horrible. I bought a new vehicle from them last year & have had countless issues. They don't respond to emails or phone calls and are not willing to work with you to resolve the problems. After dropping my car off for service I have had to call to check on the status of my car and have gotten responses such as "we haven't gotten around to looking at your car yet, it's been one of those days" and "oh sorry, you ended up at the bottom of our list today" and last but not least " we don't have any rental cars available as there are customers who really need them" The customer service at Coastal Nissan is horrible and I would strongly suggest going somewhere else if you are purchasing a new or used car.

Don't buy from here. They were great in assisting me when I was looking at a car I was interested in. As soon as I bought the car, things did a 180 degree turn. They refused to do anything they said they would do, including changing my oil, giving me the wheel locks that were supposed to COME WITH my car, or even something as simple as checking and evening out the tire pressure. All simple things they said they would do and REFUSED to. They were even advertising a $200 off coupon for buying with them. Did they honor it? Of course not. Stay away from Coastal.
