This is perhaps the worst customer service I have ever experienced! We ordered for delivery. When the items came and I handed the delivery person a check he told me they didn't take checks. I was never told this when I ordered. He walked away with my food and left. When my husband walked in from work hungry and I told him what happened he called and asked if we could still get our order. The man on the phone was nice and said sure. My husband said he would be there to pick it up. The man on the phone then had a conversation with a woman in the background. The man said he'd need to remake it. My husband then heard the woman in the background say "I'm not remaking that pizza. What am I supposed to do with this one? It's not my fault that woman didn't have cash and tried to pay with a check." The guy said, "We can't give them this one. It's cold." My husband asked who the woman was he was talking to. The man said it was the owner. My husband then told him that he'd overheard what she said and to just forget the order. I tried to call back to have a conversation with the owner. The man that answered this time said that he couldn't disclose her name and refused to put her on the phone. He said, "I protect her like she protects me." I told him that this was terrible customer service and was unbelievable. Does Marco's really allow people that are this unprofessional, rude and lacking in customer service skills to be OWNERS of their store?
