I love most of the doctors that are part of this group. Unfortunately their front end help is lacking the necessary skills for a good patient experience. They are rude and have often referred me away. When I lost my daughters medicine, instead of simply calling a new one in or quickly speaking to the doctor or doctor's nurse about it I was told a note would be sent and that I would hear back. 2 phone calls by me and 5 hours later and I still heard NOTHING! They could have suggested it may take while and perhaps I should schedule another appointment. Meanwhile my child suffers! To the ER we go!
