As someone who has only been golfing for about 5 years, I can tell you how much fun and what a challenge The Legacy is to play. There is no doubt that The Legacy is my course of choice. The course is always in top shape, the staff goes out of their way to make sure you are having a great time, and The Legacy is just a great place to play for people of all skill levels.

I often travel for business and am looking for a nice course to play at a reasonable rate. I've always found the Legacy to meet my needs from the great service and staff to the challenging course to the very competitive rates compared to other Tier 1 courses in the Des Moines area. The course is always in great shape and it's only 10 minutes from the airport or all the hotels near Jordan Creek. It is a must play!

The Legacy offers the best value in the Des Moines area. It is challenging, but was enjoyable for my 17 handicap. The bentgrass fairways and quick greens were in great shape. The day that I played a beverage cart was always in close proximatey and the round finished in 4 1/2 hours. GPS carts help with every shot and the tips that were offered on the screen were very helpful. I will be back!

I'm a Des Moines Area resident who has played every public course in the area and I can tell you without a doubt The Legacy is the top public golf course in the area. The tee boxes are set up to challenge all skill levels. The GPS and golf carts are top notch and the staff is extremely friendly and accomodating. If you're looking for an truly enjoyable golf experience, this is the place to go.
