I rented an apartment from Mr. Morales. Although they had a week to plan for my arrival the apartment was not even close to being ready. I feel sorry for the landlord because he did not leave her very informed. To top it all off he had an associate show up with a blank lease that offered the owner little or no protection. I would be very weary of using him or his office they are very unprofessional.
