I spent 500.00 in the store- a golf bag, a push cart, shirts for my wife and 3 dozen balls-
My wife’s bag had a bent kickstand and i asked if they could look at it and see if there was a simple fix, maybe bend it back- i said i wouldn’t hold them responsible if they broke the stand, it was halfway there anyway-
They would not take it back to the “pro” mechanic in the back, with his tool shed- he refused to look at it .
When i was looking at the golf bags i had to have 3 different salesman come over to help me pick the one i bought, and i was the ONLY one in the store
The first two guys somehow had to leave for a phone call or something - i was only shopping there for 10mins or so - very disappointing , no energy in the place , just a bad vibe
A golf store should be kindd of fun
This place is the opposite

Staffs knowledge was very limited and not accomodating. Same experience i've had with other golf galaxy stores. Not sure why i thought this one would be different. Salesman tried to convince me bridgestone 5 golf balls are 3 piece balls. I showed him the back of the box to prove the fact that it's a 2 piece construction low quality ball...made no impression.
