Dominick did an outstanding job for us today. He addressed all of the issues with our air conditioning units, our boiler and the dehumidifying unit. We had an emergency with our burner not working. Robert came within a half hour and replaced a part that was not working properly. I was very satisfied with the service and the technician's work.

Ted arrived within couple of hours after we called and identified/solved the problem immediately. He was very polite and professional. We are very pleased with the great service we've received from Dominick Fuel over the years.
As always, great service from Dominick Fuel. Dominick is our oil company and installed a new furnace for us a few years ago. So glad they have added plumbing to their services. Devlin replaced a very old and stubborn kitchen faucet for us. He arrived right on time, was obviously very experienced, left everything clean and tidy and was a really nice person to have around. So glad I switched over to Dominick 10 years ago. When they say they are a family company, you can believe it. They deal with customers personally just like old time companies used to. No annoying phone trees or answering services-- actual employees answer the phone. When I signed up with Dominick, the president actually came to my house to explain their offerings. I have always been treated like a valued customer. Can't say that about many service providers these days.
I chose this company because of their high accreditation with BBB. They have certainly earned it. Dominick (coincidentally, he shares the same name as the company) serviced my furnace recently and it is running like new. In previous winters, it ran very loudly, but after Dominick did a thorough cleaning, I can't hear a sound. Apparently, previous cleanings from my old oil supplier were cursory at best. Dominick was very courteous and professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He certainly went above and beyond and I would highly recommend him and Dominick Fuel for heating and cooling needs.
I was told that the technician would be at my home between 8:00 and 8:30 AM and he showed up at 8:05; what a pleasure! After performing a ninety minute annual maintenance, he left the area around our oil burner cleaner than he found it. I have been dealing with Dominick Fuel for twenty years and they continue to be professional, courteous and highly efficient.
Was not at home during the service, but as usual, Dominick responded quickly to the problem and got the job done well.

The company is wonderful to work with and their Service Technicians are the best .Robert R. who was here to recently service our Central Air conditioning,went above and beyond to be sure we were ready for the Summer months.

I was so pleased with the service I received recently. My oil burner broke down unexpectedly and Al and the team from Dominick Fuel was able to order and install a new one within 12 hours. It was almost seamless. I highly recommend this company and their service team.

Dominick Fuel is wonderful! We have used them for 22 years. We have always been very pleased with their service and look forward to having them service us for years to come. We buy our oil from them and also have them service our furnace. I recommend them to everyone.
