We have used Computer Troubleshooters of Norwalk for several times over the past few years. The first time, my daughter had lost a valuable project when her computer "crashed". Recalling that a neighbor had shared that they had a postive expierence, I promptly called, mind you on a holiday weekend. Within an hour, Jim was at my house and resolved my daugther's crisis quickly. Plus showed her how to prevent the problem from occuring again, and removed some programs she had picked up while surfing the web. Since then I have them correct previous work done regarding our wireless system which a previous vendor had done incorrectly. We have also recently had them preform additional work for us, and find their service to always professional, helpful and very reasonable. Plus most important they always return our calls quickly. My family highly reccomend's Computer Troubleshooters of Norwalk!
